Pool reminders and key fobs
The August issue states that children under 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult age 18 or older; supervision by teens is not permitted. No glass is allowed in the pool area. A resident must remain with their guests, with up to four guests per household.
For a new or replacement fob, use the Charleston homeowner portal: Community Information → Property Information → Pool Rules/Key Form. Management confirms the current submission requirements and activation.
Published standing hours were June–August, 6 a.m.–9 p.m., and September, 7 a.m.–8 p.m. These are not live access status.

The August issue sought two neighbors for the Architectural Review Committee (ARC), which reviews exterior-improvement applications. The separate August 5 notice sought one or two volunteers. Those are dated requests, not a live vacancy count.

Report a common-area concern
The newsletter directs residents to the homeowner portal: Communication → Email Association Manager. Include the issue and relevant attachments. Management coordinates the vendors and HOA-related follow-up.
Neighborhood social pages are community-run and are not owned or monitored by the HOA Board or Charleston Management for issue intake. For immediate danger, call 911 rather than relying on this website or a social post.
Open the homeowner portalFind the current governing documents
The August issue points to Community Information → Governing Documents → Updated Architectural Guidelines 2023 in the Charleston homeowner portal. Ask management to confirm the latest edition before making exterior changes.
The local June 2019 PDF remains an older reference copy, not a substitute for the current portal documents. The newsletter states that review begins after all required application materials are received.

The August newsletter points to SignUpGenius for the 2026 food truck schedule. Check the provider page for current dates and vendors; old newsletter dates are not upcoming notices.
The issue lists community-run social pages and this Community Hub as ways to stay connected, while directing official concerns to Charleston Management.
